NSO Evaluation

Liverpool Telescope at twilight

The NSO would like to invite you to complete a short survey. This survey forms part of a comprehensive external evaluation of the project which aims to demonstrate if the NSO is having an impact on the students, teachers and users of the project - and what we could do better in the future!

You may be aware that the NSO is funded entirely through Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) as a commitment to its dedication to social responsibility and who states one of its missions as: To serve our people and communities, at home and further afield (read more about the University's vision and strategy).

The money provided by LJMU to run the project pays for the small team of staff who create, maintain and enhance everything you see on the website, and pays for the time used on the Liverpool Telescope to allow you to take observations alongside professional astronomers from around the world.

However - it's right that the University also needs to see that the projects being funded are providing some impact to those using them, and are providing the best service possible - and to find out this information we need your help!

By filling in this survey you're providing us with vital information, and as a thank you for taking part there is the chance to enter a prize draw at the end of the survey.

If you regularly use this website but do not have a registered account with the NSO we're still keen to gauge your view through this survey. If you do have an account, please log in before clicking the survey link so that we can automatically send you to the survey which best reflects your experience with the NSO.

Many thanks!
